A ModuleDescriptor is needed to create external package fragments with
descriptors (see JvmSymbols.kt). Descriptorless external package
fragments can fail in code using obsolete descriptor based APIs.

Steven Schäfer f0760e0550 JVM IR: Move direct invoke optimization into a separate pass 
This also changes the transformation to inline the body of a directly
invoked lambda rather than producing a call to an anonymous local
function. The latter is unsupported in inline functions and problematic
from an ABI perspective, since it results in functions whose name
depends on the entire source code up to this point.

Steven Schäfer fc013c6b9f Parcelize: Add an intrinsic to access Parcelable CREATOR fields 
Fixes KT-19853.

The CREATOR field is a static field on a Parcelable class which is not
visible from Kotlin since the necessary metadata would have to be in a
Companion object which may not exist.

This commit adds a [parcelableCreator] function to kotlinx.parcelize,
which is optimized to a direct field access whenever possible.

Steven Schäfer 50bbf4f269 JVM IR: Remove special descriptor origin for lambdas. 
This was a hack to allow plugins to identify anonymous classes in
inline function scope. However, this stopped working for anonymous
objects with the introduction of IrBasedDescriptors and became redundant
with the public ABI bit in the Kotlin Metadata annotation.

Steven Schäfer de9d2919a8 JVM Metadata: Add a bit to mark anonymous objects in inline functions 
Anonymous objects in the scope of an inline functions are copied to
all call-sites. This makes them part of the public ABI of a Kotlin
library.

We introduce a flag to mark all classes in the scope of an inline
function. When compiling with assertions enabled, we check that
this flag is set whenever we inline an anonymous object from another
module.

Steven Schäfer 9c4f8f7e54 JVM IR: Fix signature mapping for inline classes using new mangling 
When resolving inline class methods in binary dependencies we look for
methods matching both the new and the old mangling scheme. On the IR
backend the method signature has to be computed for the inline class
replacement, since the logic for signature mangling is not contained in
the method signature mapping, unlike in the old backend.
