Test: remove KotlinGradlePluginMultiVersionIT

We run all tests with multiple Gradle versions now,
so parametrized test is not needed anymore.
Test cases are moved to relevant test classes.
testKaptProcessorPath is removed because kapt1 is not supported anymore.
