* Do not encode `Unit`- and `Nothing`-typed values as `null`;
make `evaluateExpression` return type not nullable.
* Evaluate only expressions, not statements.
* Reduce usage of recursive visiting in `CodeGeneratorVisitor`
because it usually leads to errors.
