* KotlinTestWithEnvironmentManagement — methods for creating envirnoments tied up to test root disposable (automatically disposed on teadDown())
* KotlinTestWithEnvironment — a test with one environment (created by an abstract method)
Also, utilities for laz yresolve tests moved to LazyResolveTestUtil
