JS backend: refactoring

- add KotlinFunctionIntrinsic;
- remove CallStandardMethodIntrinsic
- rename TranslationUtils#generateCallArgumentList to TranslationUtils#generateInvocationArguments;
- add to PatternBuilder#pattern with root(prefix) parameter.
