Nikolay Lunyak c3b871652f [FIR] KT-55181: Ensure throw argument is Throwable ...

`TYPE_MISMATCH` in `throwJLException.fir.kt` appeared,
because in `throw Exn` the type of `Exn` is implicit Unit.
This is red code anyway.
