Alexander Udalov 33d6347876 Fix loop over a range literal up to MAX_VALUE

For Byte, Char and Short explicit casting from Int is removed -- loop parameter
is already stored in an Int anyway. For Int and Long comparison "i < end" at
the beginning of the loop is replaced to "i != end" at the end of the loop + a
special check for an empty loop

The Kotlin Standard Library

This module creates the standard library for kotlin.

Notes for contributors

We use some code generation to apply the various collection-like methods to various different types like arrays, strings, kotlin.Iterable and java.lang.Iterable etc.

To run the code generator from a kotlin checkout

cd libraries/stdlib
mvn test-compile exec:java

This then runs the GenerateStandardLib.kt script to create the source from the files for java.lang.Iterable and java.util.Collection etc.
