The previous condition that checked if we'd skipped any optional
parameters didn't work when number of parameters > 32 because the number
of bit masks in that case was more than one

This patch mutes the following test categories:
* Tests with java dependencies (System class,
java stdlib, jvm-oriented annotations etc).
* Coroutines tests.
* Reflection tests.
* Tests with an inheritance from the standard
collections.
