Ilya Gorbunov ac790bea71 Reorganize diagnostics tests with stdlib and reflect 
DiagnosticsTestWithStdLib now require stdlib only.
Move test data accordingly.
The only test that required kotlin-reflect is transformed into
codegen box test.
