Fix inlineCallsStaticMethodFromOtherPackage.kt by disabling related language feature
...
This test is not possible for 1.4, where protected calls from public
inline functions are prohibited.

This patch mutes the following test categories:
* Tests with java dependencies (System class,
java stdlib, jvm-oriented annotations etc).
* Coroutines tests.
* Reflection tests.
* Tests with an inheritance from the standard
collections.
