Previously, creating a declaration with Fir2IrCallableDeclarationsGenerator/
Fir2IrClassifiersGenerator didn't guarantee that this declaration will
be actually added to the list of parent class/file declarations, which
lead to situations when FIR2IR created some declarations in the air
(mostly fake-overrides)
It's effectively a breaking change (^KT-62558)
K2 assigns flexible type to all static fields (from Java) and, for example,
`String? becomes String unlike K1. It affects IR signature generating.
That's why signature dump is disabled for some tests.
^KT-57811 Fixed
^KT-61786 Fixed
For example, `java.util.ArrayList.elementData` is a generic
package-private method. Not unwrapping intersection/substitution fake
overrides resulted in incorrect FQ names being compared in the package
visibility check, which led to the fake override always being created in
any subclass of ArrayList.
This change will help in testing IR fake overrides (KT-61360) because in
the current (temporary) mode, IrFakeOverrideRebuilder throws an
exception if initial fake overrides constructed by fir2ir differ from
the ones rebuilt by the IR -- and here they'll be different after fixing
KT-61366.
Previously fir2ir created real IR properties some getter and setter for
such references, which lead to the situation that there might be a
unbound fake override for synthetic property which wasn't stored in
declaration storage (and code in FakeOverrideGenerator was a hack
to cover this case)
In the same time K1 creates fake property for such cases, which is stored
in IrPropertyReference along with original get... and set... functions
as getter and setter of reference. And in this commit K2 does the same thing
^KT-61637
If some function is not fake-override, then its type should be just
default type of containing class
For fake overrides the default type calculated in the following way:
1. Find first overridden function, which is not fake override
2. Take its containing class
3. Find supertype of current containing class with type constructor of
class from step 2
^KT-60252 Fixed
This fixes a KMP issue where IrActualizer would add duplicate
fake overrides because the parent class would have both the getter
and the synthetic property in its list of declarations.
Now, the synthetic property fake overrides are still generated and
cached in the Fir2IrDeclarationStorage, but not added to the class.

Note that `FlexibleNullability` doesn't
exist anymore: it was removed at
`65ea4e18`.
`preserveEnhancedNullability = true`
was needed because if we have an
`@EnhancedNullability DNN`, and we
substitute something into it, then
`withNullability` is called there becase
that's how DNNs work, not becase we want
to obtain some new type with a
different nullability.
This is backed by
the `compiler/testData/diagnostics/tests/j+k/integerNotNullable.kt` test
where we first have
`@EnhancedNullability T & Any`, then
we substitute `{T -> kotlin/Int!}` and
then inside
`org.jetbrains.kotlin.fir.resolve.substitution.AbstractConeSubstitutor#substituteOriginal`
(this is a DNN-specific function) we
call `withNullability(NOT_NULL)`,
and expect the attribute to be preserved. Otherwise this test would
fail with
`OVERLOAD_RESOLUTION_AMBIGUITY` for
`IntBox().put(1)`.

Previously, we applied type arguments as is when converting type alias
constructor calls to IR.
Now, we map them using the expansion of the type alias.
#KT-59743 Fixed
This allows us to properly complete array literals arguments of
annotation calls fixing several false-negative type mismatch errors
as well as enabling the inference of generic type arguments.

This is important for IR lowerings like PolymorphicSignatureLowering
which are very sensitive about the correct types of expressions and
placement of coercions to Unit (KT-59218).
A boolean parameter to `insertImplicitCasts` is not the best solution to
ensure that coercion to Unit is added. The best solution would be to fix
the TODO and generate coercion to the block's type for the last
statement. But that will affect many other places and will need to be
done separately => KT-59781.
Code in IrInterpreter is uncommented to fix the FIR test
`compiler/testData/ir/interpreter/exceptions/tryFinally.kt`; otherwise
evaluation of the function `returnTryFinally` there crashes with
"NoSuchElementException: ArrayDeque is empty". No idea why this test
didn't fail for K1 though, since the created IR is exactly the same.
For some unknown reason this breaks WASM backend with K2, but not with
K1 => KT-59800.
