It's going to be deprecated in Gradle 8.3
There's currently no way to pass a `org.gradle.api.provider.Provider` to the JavaExec.systemProperty or Test.systemProperty. There's a workaround using `org.gradle.process.CommandLineArgumentProvider`, but I intentionally don't rework these calls as Gradle is going to allow passing providers to configure system properties: https://github.com/gradle/gradle/issues/12247#issuecomment-1568427242

Adding these dependencies to the `api` configuration pollutes classpath for each dependant modules even if it doesn't need them. Instead, the dependencies should be declared more granularly if they're required

Add layout lib system properties so that parcel tests run.

This is for the parcel part of deprecated android extensions.
So this will be removed soon, but it is still there and the
tests should run.

Add a basic IR extension to the Android plugin

Only supports uncached findViewById/findFragmentById for now; other
features are experimental and the cache only affects performance, so
this should probably be fine for testing Android apps with -Xuse-ir.

Ensure tasks using android sdk or android jar have proper dependencies
...
A test task, that uses android dependency but does not depend on
a corresponding configuration, would fail when it was run after
'clean' task.
I've extracted 'useAndroidSdk', 'useAndroidJar' extensions
making it harder for a developer to forget to set up task dependencies.
