Ilya Gorbunov 4fd1b46e91 Refactor JS tests: unified package name, test JS specific map implementations only in JS. 
Add required files to build StdLibTestToJSTest.
Remove tests StdLibMapJsTest and StdLibSetJsTest because they are tested elsewhere.
