This is an addition to bd205317aa where we
started to add the contents of kotlin-reflect into the resulting jar if
-include-runtime is specified. Apparently kotlin-reflect doesn't work
without some services in META-INF/services/, which didn't satisfy the
condition for inclusion. The existing test didn't catch that because
loading class annotations does not always lead to those services being
loaded.
1.fix KT-17344: Include kotlin-reflect to resulting jar if "-include-runtime" is specified, unless the -no-reflect option is specified.
2.fix KT-43220: -include-runtime should add .kotlin_builtins to the output
This commit ports the (parameterless) main integration tests in
`CompilerSmokeTest` to the IR backend. It also includes a simple
suspend main test.
The advanced ones (like `helloAppSuspendParameterlessMain`) are
currently blocked by pending changes to capturing suspend lambdas,
which are underway.
- Display the Kotlin version in kotlin-gradle-plugin. This is needed
because if "-version" is specified in compiler arguments, the "info"
level of the message printed by the compiler in CLICompiler prevents
it from being displayed by default (unless "--debug" is passed to
Gradle).
- Display the version of JRE the compiler is running on. This will be
helpful to diagnose Java 9 related issues in the future.
- In CLI, also display the executable name (kotlinc-jvm or kotlinc-js)
Although a test is present, it doesn't check the behavior because it seems that
in the test environment both streams are necessarily flushed

Delete the old ones in package kotlin.reflect.jvm because otherwise the code
using those functions will become red in a lot less meaningful way (overload
resolution ambiguity) than if they're deleted (unresolved import)
