Mikhail Glukhikh b839a91050 Mute 3 FIR BB tests due to LowPriorityInOverloadResolution in reflect 
Recently second javaType function appeared in reflect and
now FIR can't correctly resolve the code :(.
Will be fixed after annotation deserialization full support

This patch mutes the following test categories:
   * Tests with java dependencies (System class,
     java stdlib, jvm-oriented annotations etc).
   * Coroutines tests.
   * Reflection tests.
   * Tests with an inheritance from the standard
     collections.
