The expression needs to be resolved first to determine if there is a
receiver that needs to be extracted to a temporary variable. Also, the
special case for prefix increment/decrement on local variable without
delegates requires resolution to check if the variable is local.

- Fix test data of light class tests
(SymbolLightClassesForLibraryTestGenerated).
- Revert the changes in kt8666.kt because they fail on JS IR, and it
seems that this test is mostly needed for JS anyway.
- Use 'invoke(' as the pattern in bytecode text tests because plain
'invoke' is used when these tests are run on JDK 11, where indy string
concatenation is enabled by default and therefore we reference
`java/lang/invoke/StringConcatFactory`.
These tests don't work on JVM target 1.6 after 6d664bcd10 because we're
generating `Boolean.compare` which is only available since 1.8. (It is
not a big deal because JVM target 1.6 is prohibited for users now.)
It's incorrect to take the first parameter type from the expression
itself because it can be nullable if smart casts are used. And if it's
nullable, it's mapped to the wrapper type and calling
`comparisonOperandType` for it makes no sense. Instead, take the type
from the callee function, as it's guaranteed to be mapped to a JVM
primitive type.
E.g. in `test1` function in the added test, the problem was that the
dispatch receiver type of the call expression is `Double?`, which is
mapped to `java/lang/Double`, whereas we clearly wanted to obtain the
primitive `D` (double) type.

This method was used for coercing `Long` values to JavaScript
`number`. However, it caused issues when `Long` values were
concatenated to a string (see KT-8666, KT-26706).
We are going to deprecate `WITH_RUNTIME` directive. The main reason
behind this change is that `WITH_STDLIB` directive better describes
its meaning, specifically it will add kotlin stdlib to test's classpath.
Before this commit we considered !isOverride as a sign that
function / field / accessor has no overridden symbols.
However, it's false for deserialized, because isOverride
is always false there.
This commit fixes 68 BB tests but breaks 25 BB tests (not yet muted)
This commit addresses the following issues:
* accessors didn't take into account their property's receiver type,
which caused NoSuchMethod due to signature mismatch. Now the property's
receiver type is passed to Fir2Ir translation of accessors.
* property's parent was not class, e.g., kotlin.collections.indices.
Now the symbol table collects WrappedPropertyDescriptorWithContainerSource
besides WrappedFunctionDescriptorWithContainerSource, so that
facade classes for such properties can be generated before codegen.
* accessor's parent was not class. Now the containerSource of
the property descriptor is passed to accessor descriptor.
Library methods such as 'listOf' are resolved
to have the package fragments as their parents,
but JVM expects their containing file classes as parents.
This fix generates those file classes and
uses them as parent replacements for such library methods.
This only reproduced when compiling (technically incorrect) code in the
standard library, where private functions monitorEnter/monitorExit are
accessed from another file, and their names with suffixes are not
recognized as intrinsics which should be replaced by
monitorenter/monitorexit JVM bytecode instructions.
This commit fixes two issues in the existing implementation of translating primitive array types:
* IrType.getArrayElementType throws an exception when the receiver is a primitive array type, because IR expects primitive array types use symbols defined in IrBuiltIns, but fir2ir translation doesn't;
* IteratorNext.toCallable assumes all element types are boxed.
The first issue is fixed by changing the fir2ir type translation to use symbols in IrBuiltIns for primitive array types, and the second by not unboxing primitive types.
