Though these diagnostics look correct (the calls or constraint
systems indeed contain errors), more precise diagnostic kinds should be

Specifically, the report the following 4 errors.
* NON_VARARG_SPREAD
* ARGUMENT_PASSED_TWICE
* TOO_MANY_ARGUMENTS
* NO_VALUE_FOR_PARAMETER
Also added/updated the following position strategies.
* NAME_OF_NAMED_ARGUMENT
* VALUE_ARGUMENTS

Don't create DONT_CARE type for CR and lambdas within builder inference calls
...
It leads to leak such type to the back-end. Calls within a builder call should be updated without marking CR and lambdas with DONT_CARE type.
