Denis.Zharkov f70ae2df3a FIR: Refine inference constraints when type variable in flexible position
That issue might be fixed via changing
TypeVariableMarker.shouldBeFlexible at ConeConstraintSystemUtilContext
but this and some other tricks have been added because of incorrect
handling of constraints where type variable has a flexible bound

Tianyu Geng e95de0a778 FIR checker: report type mismatch for named vararg arguement
ProhibitAssigningSingleElementsToVarargsInNamedForm is enabled from 1.3
so there is no need to make FIR accepting single element passed through
named arguments.

In addition, we may want to report only
ASSIGNING_SINGLE_ELEMENT_TO_VARARG_IN_NAMED_FORM_FUNCTION and not arg
type mismatch. But FE1.0 is reporting both so I am following it. If we
want to remove the redundant report, we will probably want to remove
FirNamedVarargChecker and report during resolution as a cone diagnostic.

Tianyu Geng 761a0a7d0d FIR checkers: report specific errors instead of INAPPLICABLE_CANDIDATE
Specifically, the report the following 4 errors.

* NON_VARARG_SPREAD
* ARGUMENT_PASSED_TWICE
* TOO_MANY_ARGUMENTS
* NO_VALUE_FOR_PARAMETER

Also added/updated the following position strategies.
* NAME_OF_NAMED_ARGUMENT
* VALUE_ARGUMENTS

Tianyu Geng fc8d0e3ee0 FIR checkers: report VAL_REASSIGNMENT for assignment operators
Currently VAL_REASSIGNMENT are only reported on direct assignments.
Reassignments in the form of, for example, `+=` are reported as
`VARIABLE_EXPECTED`, which differs from FE1.0.

Denis.Zharkov b0b7f39c75 FIR: Do not use return statement for type of a block expression
Type of a block is a kind of irrelevant for lambdas: their type is much
more complicated and defined via FirDataFlowAnalyzer#returnExpressionsOfAnonymousFunction
at at FirCallCompleter.LambdaAnalyzerImpl#analyzeAndGetLambdaReturnArguments

Dmitriy Novozhilov e6b5cb5216 [TD] Update diagnostics test data due to new test runners
Update includes:
- Changing syntax of `OI/`NI` tags from `<!NI;TAG!>` to `<!TAG{NI}!>`
- Fix some incorrect directives
- Change order of diagnostics in some places
- Remove ignored diagnostics from FIR test data (previously `DIAGNOSTICS` didn't work)
- Update FIR dumps in some places and add `FIR_IDENTICAL` if needed
- Replace all JAVAC_SKIP with SKIP_JAVAC directive

Mikhail Glukhikh 1c71e64f58 [FIR] Create string interpolating call even for single argument
Before this commit, questionable optimization existed which
unwrapped string interpolating call with single argument to this argument.
However, this led to source element loss and the necessity of sub-hacks.
In this commit we dropped this optimization (anyway user can remove
this single-expression string template in code if needed) to keep
source elements intact.

Dmitriy Novozhilov bf1a00c73a [FIR] Rework resolution of declaration statuses
There is introduced algorithm of resolution with jumps: before
  resolution of some class we resolve all status of members of its
  supertypes, so we can properly determine inherited visibility
  and modifiers
