Note that this is not relevant for LOCAL/INHERITED visibilities:
- for LOCAL visibility it's impossible to have a qualifier
- INHERITED is an intermediate visibility, we enhance it later

#KT-20356 Fixed
This commits introduces testdata changes, where NI behaviour strictly
improved, after several previous fixes.
For some tests, just WITH_NEW_INFERENCE directive was added. It
indicates, that some of previous commits first introduced error in that
test, and then some other commit fixed it (netting no overall testdata
change). It is preferrably to keep those annotations until we will
migrate to NI completely, to prevent unexpected regressions.
Because PackageViewDescriptor may consist of several package fragments from
different modules (see LazyPackageViewDescriptorImpl#fragments), we now filter
out fragments from irrelevant modules before rendering them into the .txt
- locals win
- unary calls to plus/minus are not supported in favor of unaryPlus/unaryMinus
- unqualified nested classes are temporarily reported as unresolved
- function without receiver win against extension function
- explicit import win against star import
Consider FQN 'a.b.c'.
If 'a' is a classifier in the current scope,
resolve rest in the corresponding class scope.
Otherwise (if 'a' is a package),
find the maximum possible prefix 'a.b' resolving to a package,
resolve rest in the corresponding package scope.
A lot of tests was changed to refactor deprecated syntax. Six new tests were added to check deprecated syntax detection.
Diagnostic for "enum entry uses deprecated super constructor": constructor is highlighted
Diagnostic for "enum entry uses deprecated or no delimiter".
One warning removed.
- PackageLocalClassNotImportedWithDefaultImport.kt goes to codegen multi-file
tests. File in java.lang moved to kotlin.jvm, which seems irrelevant to the
test, because java.lang is prohibited by the VM
- MergePackagesWithJava.kt (KT-689, Java and Kotlin in the same package) and
kt955.kt (Unable to import from default package) are considered too obsolete
to even test and are thus deleted
Also check that there's no more than 1000 lines in the .txt file in diagnostic
tests.
This allows to fix some cases when there is a difference between explicit and short reference to default object
Fix shorten reference, optimize imports and import insert helper for default objects
ShortenReferences always transforms default object references to shorter form for now
Fix DescriptorUtils#getFqName() for default objects (affects test data mostly)
Fix DescriptorUtils#getImportableDescriptor()
Allow importing classes from object, prohibit import-on-demand from objects
It's unclear what import-on-demand from object should mean so we prohibit it for now
