This introduces the following IR built-in functions required for proper
implementation of the number comparisons:
- ieee754Equals(T, T): Boolean,
for each T in {Float?, Double?}
- less(T, T): Boolean
lessOrEqual(T, T): Boolean
greater(T, T): Boolean
greaterOrEqual(T, T): Boolean
for each T in {Int, Long, Float, Double}
Generate 'do-while' loop body as IrComposite, because variables declared
in loop body should be visible in loop condition.
Wrap 'do-while' loop in IrBlock so that variables declared in loop body
are not visible outside of the loop.
Generate 'while' and 'do-while' loops as expressions of type Unit.
