Yan Zhulanow	622430a296	Debugger: Fix AbstractPositionManagerTest MockReferenceType can't be used anymore because the new DebuggerClassNameProvider requires much more from it. The new SmartMockReferenceType implements methods such as nestedTypes() or allLineLocations() properly.
