This patch mutes the following test categories:
* Tests with java dependencies (System class,
java stdlib, jvm-oriented annotations etc).
* Coroutines tests.
* Reflection tests.
* Tests with an inheritance from the standard
collections.
A set of tests provided. Some external tests fixed accordingly.
Companion object creation changed accordingly.
Derived classes now can use base class with the private constructor.
Refactoring of AccessorForFunctionDescriptor.
