since they are broken on JDK 11: they change Field.modifiers, which is prohibited
since JDK 9, because this private field is not exported.
Thus, we need to split the test into two: one with assertions enabled and the other
one with them disabled. Also, we need to run them in separate processes, for them
not to interfere each other.
#KT-27176 Fixed
The fact that this was a codegen box test was probably an abuse of the
testing infrastructure. It was never meant to pass, since it checks
presence of an error, and diagnostic tests aren't enough since they
might not check the full compiler execution.

also add tests and drop logger usage in the cli dependencies manager:
the logger is normally unitialized in the usage scenarios, but related
warnings are annoying.
This makes sense because this mode is the default in the production
compiler. Forgetting to enable it where necessary led to different
bizarre test failures, see for example changes around 3fee84b966 and
KT-34826
Relates to KT-8834, we continue reducing differences between old and new
inference. Note that as for `SamConversionPerArgument`, this feature
is enabled in the compiler and not in the IDE to avoid breaking code
for those users that already enabled new inference in the compiler
The kotlin-scripting-compiler-impl jar is used in the idea plugin and
therefore should not depend on the cli parts of the compiler to avoid
dependency from the plugin to the kotlin-compiler.jar.
Therefore the cli-dependent parts were moved to the scripting plugin
jar, which is used only in cli compiler based environments.
Also implement required abstractions to allow this movement and
drop some redundant dependencies to the cli parts in other projects.
Before 5b7cee6221 JVM CLI compiler
was calling `KotlinToJVMBytecodeCompiler.compileBunchOfSources`.
`compileBunchOfSources` detected possible main classes,
and filled the Main-Class attribute in output jar
if if there was only one candidate.
After the change JVM CLI began calling
`KotlinToJVMBytecodeCompiler.compileModules`, which was not searching for a main class.
This change adds searching for main classes to `compileModules`.
We search for a main class only when one module is compiled,
and an output is written a jar file (so the change only affects JVM CLI compilation).

If new inference is enabled only for IDE analysis, then this feature
will be disabled to reduce difference between new and old inference,
but if new inference is enabled in the compiler, then this feature
will be enabled too to preserve behavior of new inference for
compilation
