JS: do not use "-no-stdlib" in non-relevant tests
Rename some Ant tests: "simple[...]" -> "simpleWithoutStdlib[...]" and
"simpleWithStdlib[...]" -> "simple[...]"

org.jetbrains.jet.buildtools.ant -> org.jetbrains.kotlin.ant
The old antlib.xml is kept for migration purposes
