Introduce UNUSED_ANONYMOUS_PARAMETER for anonymous functions

It is not reported for 1.0 language version because
renaming to _ is not possible. It has weak warning severity

Replace deprecated lambda syntax in testData
...
It's done with similar constructions where possible trying to preserve
intended behavior.
Some usages are removed because they test exactly the feature that
we are going to drop soon.
