The previous one was incorrect for K1 since parent of top-level function
is `IrClass`, not `IrPackageFragment`.
The change is non-functional, K1 still worked correctly, but had to do
some extra work when inlining `emptyArray` calls and produces less
performant bytecode.
This code does lead to inferring
`Visibilities.Unknown`, but it's not
reported anywhere. This is because it
happens inside `AbstractIntSet` which
comes to us "pre-compiled" by javac,
whereas `FirOverrideChecker` only checks
members within `KotlinClass`.

The rule of thumb is the following:
If the `if` and `when` can be successfully replaced with `while`,
then it is used as a statement, otherwise, it is used as an expression.

Fix some unresolved supertypes. This is necessary to be able to enable
IR fake override builder by default (KT-61514), because it traverses all
supertypes and asserts that they're classes, so that it can build fake
overrides for declarations from there. Without this change, for example
`IrFakeOverrideBuilder.buildFakeOverridesForClass` would crash.
based on the regular compiler tests infrastructure, but adding
directives that can customize the definition from testdata.
So far only default imports and provided properties are supported, but
the infrastructure is easily extendable to other customizations.
Another limitations that provided properties are not supported for
the black box tests - the constructor parameters computing code
should be adapted to support it.
Note: in order to pick up the customized definition, the script files
should have an extension .test.kts
A class can inherit two declarations that are compatible from the
overridability standpoint and are therefore combined to a non-trivial
intersection.
At the same time, the class can declare a member declaration that
only overrides one of the intersection's members.
In this case, we break up the intersection and only add the overridden
parts to the declared member's direct overridden list.
If the class doesn't override the intersection, it exists as
intersection override, like before.

This is needed for cases like dump handlers to register corresponding
checkers, which compares identity of dumps for different configurations,
like `IrTextDumpHandler` and `FirIrDumpIdenticalChecker`
It is disabled by default, can be enabled by code change.
It's useful when changes in dumper is done with significant
amount of tests changed.

`testIntersectionOfPrimitiveBasedFunctions`
is fine, because we deprecate this
already in ^KT-63243.
`CANNOT_INFER_VISIBILITY` is
positioned as `DECLARATION_NAME`,
just in case we decide for
some reason that we do want to
report it along with
`MANY_*_NOT_IMPLEMENTED`. In that
case, we'd get a problem that
their bounds overlap, but not
completely contain one another.

Constructors have their own list of hidden/visible.
We now require the constructor to be in VISIBLE_CONSTRUCTOR_SIGNATURES,
everything else is hidden.
This makes it unnecessary to check HIDDEN_CONSTRUCTOR_SIGNATURES

Previously we forced computation only for java and precompiled classes,
assuming, that binary class can not extend source class, but it's not
true in two cases:
1. Classpath substitution: class with same name declared in library and
the source (more rare case)
2. Metadata compilation: depends-on dependcies are passed in binary
format, so `expect class` may be a binary one and corresponding
`actual class` may be a source. So if some class in `common` module
extend this expect class, actual class will be substituted instead of it

This helps to have a primitive array instead of an array of primitives
as the type of vararg value parameter. Also, this prevents
ABI-incompatibility with the libraries (KLIBs) compiled with K1.

These tests now only make sense for JVM_IR. Incidentally this fixes the
JVM illegal access warnings from generateTests, because the test
framework no longer tries to instantiate these tests (which leads to
`doOpenInternalPackagesIfRequired`) to determine the target backend.
The change in JvmEnvironmentConfigurator is needed so that JVM tests
without target backend would default to JVM IR instead of the old
backend.
Also rename files to match the class names.
