Add -Xsuppress-deprecated-jvm-target-warning to modules compiled with 1.6
...
Currently this leads to an unknown argument warning, but it'll be
removed automatically on the next bootstrap.

With gradle > 5.0 `publish()` helper call should be done before
`noDefaultJar()` or any other artifact hacks, otherwise singing plugin doesn't sign any jars

Use Plugins DSL in Kotlin Gradle scripts

When plugins DSL is used, there is no need to
manually generate typesafe accessors for extensions and
conventions (by running `./gradlew kotlinDslAccessorsSnapshot`).

Kapt: Allow to ignore specific methods/fields from being put into kapt stubs
...
Classes can't be ignored yet as it requires to ignore also all type usages which is a non-trivial operation.
