This commit enables the execution of suspend box tests in a separate
test. It's a QoL improvement in the existing bb tests but, motivating
these changes, enables the new debugger stepping tests to step
coroutine code.
Use distJar configuration instead.
It's necessary because currently when using default-type, subproject
starts having a transitive dependency to :kotlin-stdlib-common
and that leads to exception from KT-20897 when building light classes

When plugins DSL is used, there is no need to
manually generate typesafe accessors for extensions and
conventions (by running `./gradlew kotlinDslAccessorsSnapshot`).
`tests-jar` configuration now extends testRuntime instead of testCompile
(note that testRuntime extends testCompile),
and projectTests() dependency shortcut makes it transitive.
This is required to depend on test utility modules producing `-tests` jar instead of default one
without listing all their transitive dependencies.
