pyos 803abfeba8 FIR: rewrite lambda return type inference 
* `return` should only be added to the last statement if the return
   type is not Unit

 * If there is a `return` without an argument, then the expected return
   type is Unit and the last expression is not a return argument (unless
   it's an incomplete call, in which case it is inferred to return Unit;
   this behavior is questionable, but inherited from K1)

 * There should be a constraint on return arguments even if the expected
   type is Unit, otherwise errors will be missed

 * When the expected type is known, using the call completion results
   writer is pointless (and probably subtly wrong).

Dmitriy Novozhilov 0a902c1bef [Build] Remove dist_root artifact from JPS project configuration 
This artifact was used to build compiler artifact during each project
  build, which is not needed for running compiler tests. Removal of
  this artifact from build chain reduces time of build for ~3 seconds
  which is a lot for rebuilds after minor changes (which are usually
  take only few seconds)

Vyacheslav Gerasimov db8a4a52da Build: Add JPS artifact for kotlin-compiler.jar 
JPS build assumes fat jar is built from embedded configuration,
but we can't use it in gradle build in :prepare:compiler project
since slightly more complex processing is required like stripping
metadata & services from some jars

Update reference public API. Before 266976ac1e
suspend inline functions with crossinline parameters were effectively
inline-only. Fixing it exposed suspendCoroutine as public API.
Update jps artifacts after bootstrap.
