- Restore PlatformManager constructor (used in buildscripts)
- Replace references to deprecated K/N target with 'else'
Why: buildscripts use these references and compile against older K/N
version (from bootstrap). So they can't be adjusted to newer API,
compilation will fail right away. However, they can't be kept without
changes, because bootstrap tests will fail.

Native bitcode files were moved out of the stdlib to the default
location of bitcode files in the dist.
Now it is possible to build stdlib separately and once as a klib
without bitcode files inside.
With the directory structure similar to one of a multiplatform library,
where each source set sources are placed into the directory
named after this source set.
Do not use legacy projects for building relative paths
It's going to be deprecated in Gradle 8.3
There's currently no way to pass a `org.gradle.api.provider.Provider` to the JavaExec.systemProperty or Test.systemProperty. There's a workaround using `org.gradle.process.CommandLineArgumentProvider`, but I intentionally don't rework these calls as Gradle is going to allow passing providers to configure system properties: https://github.com/gradle/gradle/issues/12247#issuecomment-1568427242
^KTI-1473 In Progress
The -Xcoverage feature has not worked and has been disabled for a while.
This fix removes it, and all of its uses.

Add missing input property to stdlib build task. This task should
consider kotlin/build version change.
Add a version check during the stdlib target task build. This check
should be done here instead of the final merge.

This change adds a Native Obj-C launcher that implements XCTestCase
and overrides defaultTestSuite property to provide XCTest with generated
test suites and test cases.
The defaultTestSuite method is essentially a starting point with runtime
initialization. It requires a `Konan_create_testSuite()` method to be
implemented in a Kotlin library that returns a list of XCTestCases.
This launcher should be compiled as a TEST_BUNDLE to be used then with
XCTest.

Also add -Xexpect-actual-classes flag to all necessary ./libraries/* modules
Otherwise compilation of those modules failes because of `-Werror`
- Move std_alloc, opt_alloc and custom_alloc into alloc/std,
alloc/mimalloc and alloc/custom to mirror convention of gc,
gcScheduler modules.
- Add alloc/common with common allocator API
- Add alloc/legacy with common implementation details of alloc/std and
alloc/mimalloc. alloc/custom does not depend on alloc/legacy.
- Removes experimental_memory_manager_custom as it's now unused
- Additionally, renames experimental_memory_manager module into mm
This commit explicitly sets LV 1.9 for all projects with disabled FIR
bootstrap, as well as for libraries, including Native stdlib.

This commit adds finalizers to the custom allocator. Compared to the
existing solution:
* The finalizer queue is replaced by an AtomicStack<ExtraObjectData>.
* All objects with finalizers get meta objects attached. This was not
previously the case for CleanerImpl, but is now needed to link objects
together in the finalization queue.
* The finalizer queue is built during SweepExtraObjects, instead of
during regular sweeping.
* Cleaners are executed by the finalizer thread, and no longer by a
separate worker thread.

Enable custom allocator with -Xallocator=custom.
If the gc is cms (default):
* a patched version of the memory manager is used that does not build a
list of allocated objects.
* a patched version of the cms is used that defers to the allocator for
sweeping.
Otherwise, a warning is printed, and the allocator is used using the
standard api.
