We are going to deprecate `WITH_RUNTIME` directive. The main reason
behind this change is that `WITH_STDLIB` directive better describes
its meaning, specifically it will add kotlin stdlib to test's classpath.
On Android, we would need to call `setDataPosition(0)` after
unmarshalling a parcel. The reason why the test code is currently
working is purely because the Robolectric test framework is more
permissive.
