Refactor script definitions and resolving/refining infrastructure:
...
- implement wrappers to wrap old and new API providers and resolvers
- make old API deprecated (with error where possible)
- drop old internal classes related to the old API
- refactor usages accordingly
- fix and add missing features to the scripting API where necessary

Implement quick non-script detection and lazy script discovery..
...
so ".kt" and ".java" files are not considered as scripts and quickly
filtered out, and for the other files the the checks are implemented
using sequences, mechanisms provided to supply script definitions
lazily, and script discovery is implemented using this mechanisms.

Use JUnit 3 + KtUsefulTestCase instead of JUnit 4 in compiler tests

This is needed because KtUsefulTestCase performs useful cleanup at the
end of the test (namely, resets ApplicationManager#ourApplication to
null)

Remove kotlin-reflect.jar dependency from util module and move reflectionUtil.kt closer to "clients"

Main goal is get rid of kotlin-reflect.jar from modules what required for minimal compiler.jar which can compile Kotlin only to JS to make it smaller.

Cleanup: post-cleanup after deprecation cleanup in compiler

Replace `takeIf { !expr }` with `takeUnless { expr }`.
Cleanup redundant parethesis as in `listOf((expr))`.
Replace `listOf(expr)` with `expr.let(::listOf)` where the former caused significant indentation change.
