Alexander Udalov 19bbcc5869 Do not generate metadata for callable reference classes
After an accidental change in 846537b367, we started generating metadata
into anonymous classes for callable references. This metadata contained
the Kotlin representation of the referenced function. In KT-53794, this
led to a problem where Java's protected visibility could not be
represented in Kotlin terms, which crashed the backend.

But also, this metadata is useless because there's no real use case for
interpreting it (since you already have a function reference object at
runtime with all the needed information), so it would take some extra
space in the bytecode.

Vsevolod Tolstopyatov 2fcef7af89 [FIR] Fix IrInlineBodiesHandler
Validate that inline function actually is present in at least on of the
modules, not in all of them. That enables support of MODULE directive
in boxInline tests for FIR.

Also, hide a few minor style fixes in this commit

Vsevolod Tolstopyatov e3bff290bd [JVM] Lower .entries calls on Kotlin enums
Leveraging the same mechanism with $EntriesMapping as Java enums.
Old (compiled with LV/AV < 1.8) enums are detected by looking for
static special <get-entries> method that cannot be introduced on
Kotlin enums otherwise

Alexander Udalov 584b70719e JVM IR: disable SAM conversion in case type has 'in' projection
... and the corresponding type parameter has a non-trivial (i.e.
non-`Any?`) upper bound.

The best solution here would be to get rid of
`removeExternalProjections` completely, and just use the type of the
argument at the call site, but see KT-52428.

Steven Schäfer f0760e0550 JVM IR: Move direct invoke optimization into a separate pass
This also changes the transformation to inline the body of a directly
invoked lambda rather than producing a call to an anonymous local
function. The latter is unsupported in inline functions and problematic
from an ABI perspective, since it results in functions whose name
depends on the entire source code up to this point.

Nikita Nazarov 2ab92bcb7e Add a key to enable spilling of all variables in a suspending context
This commit adds a new key that will allow users to enhance their
debugging experience in suspending contexts when using the IR backend.
After the key is enabled, the following things are changed:
1. All variables in a suspending context are spilled regardless their
liveness.
2. Their LVT records are not shrunk.
3. ACONST_NULL is not spilled to dead variables.

Kristoffer Andersen fb9c5c13bd [IR] Have JVM codegen respect the GenerateClassFilter supplied to GenerationState
ClassCodegen bails before generating code if the filter supplied to
the GenerationState rejects it based on the containing file or class
declaration itself.

pyos 27c51f5f88 JVM_IR: skip SAM lambdas when computing enclosing method of objects
This is what Java 15+ does, and it permits accessing captured type
parameters via reflection. The alternative is to emit generic signatures
on the lambda methods, but that was disabled and I have no clue why.
