Alexander Gorshenev 413f47fda5 Removed 'clang' invocations in favour of llvm tools and 'ld'. 
Introduced LinkStage in the compiler.

Removed the link stage from 'konanc'.

Removed duplicate :stdlib and :start targets.

Simplified test run task a lot.
