- Actualize muted K2 tests
- Actualize muted K1 tests with module systems because legacy Wasm test
infra had no respect for "// MODULE: ..." test directives
Most of these tests check the specific structure of lambdas when they
are generated as classes, and they start to fail once invokedynamic
lambdas are enabled by default.
In the lowered IR there are often references to type parameters whose
containers are not in the current scope. This is incorrect semantically,
but it works in practice due to erasure, so when the mangler is used on
the lowered IR, we don't want to crash the compiler.
This change allows to revert adding `WITH_STDLIB` directive
to tests which happened at `a9343aeb`.

This inconsistency is present due to not using the `// WITH_STDLIB`
in the above tests. When K1 creates the enum, it tries to generate
`entries()`, and for that it tries to load `kotlin.enums.EnumEntries`,
but this is actually an unresolved reference. K1 silently swallows it,
and proceeds.
The reason K2 doesn't fail is that in order to generate `entries()` it
simply creates the necessary `ConeClassLikeType` with the desired
`classId` instead of loading the whole `ClassDescriptor`.
The reason we can still observe `$ENTRIES` and `$entries` in K1
is because they are generated during the JVM codegen, and it
only checks if the `EnumEntries` language feature is supported. It
doesn't check if the `entries` property has really existed in IR
(by this time it's expected to have already been lowered to the
`get-entries` function - that's why "has ... existed").
The reason why the codegen doesn't fail when working with
`kotlin.enums.EnumEntries` is because it creates its
own `IrClassSymbol`.

Previously, a function reference that used generic parameters from its
outer scope was lowered into a top-level non-generic subclass of
`FunctionN`, with `FunctionN` type arguments referencing type parameters
not present in the scope anymore. This sometimes resulted in generating
malformed mangled names.
From now on the generated subclass of `FunctionN` is generic. The needed
type arguments are passed upon instantiation, when the relevant generic
parameters are present in the scope.
We are going to deprecate `WITH_RUNTIME` directive. The main reason
behind this change is that `WITH_STDLIB` directive better describes
its meaning, specifically it will add kotlin stdlib to test's classpath.
- Materialize unit when its value is actually needed.
- Special-case Unit_getInstance return type at codegen. It should be a
proper Unit object instead of a "void"
Motivation:
- drop getArguments from type context as a duplicate of getArgumentList
- reduce the number of collection allocations in getAllDeeplyRelatedTypeVariables

Repeat the logic of KotlinConstraintSystemCompleter in ConstraintSystemCompleter.
Implement additional context operations required for updated lambda completion algorithm.
This commit handles "subclass: super-interface by delegate-expression".
During Psi2Fir, for each delegate, we add to the subclass a synthetic
field (which has type super-interface), and an assignment of the
delegate-expression to the synthetic field in the primary constructor,
so that the delegate-expression can be resolved and transformed along
the way.
During Fir2Ir, we look up delegatable members from the super-interface
and generate corresponding functions/properties for the subclass.
TODO: support for generic delegatable members and generic
super-interface.
Before this commit we considered !isOverride as a sign that
function / field / accessor has no overridden symbols.
However, it's false for deserialized, because isOverride
is always false there.
