Also minor cleanup. Remove the comment about the issue jansi#35 because
although the issue is fixed, the behavior is correct right now: we
enable colors by default iff stderr is a TTY (and the platform is not
Windows), and to determine that we need to call `CLibrary.isatty`.

CLI: improve path relativization for compiler messages

On Windows, the absolute file for the root of the drive is `"C:\"`,
which differs from the absolute file for any other directory, which
doesn't end with `\`. This resulted in incorrect trimming of the first
character of the path name in `descendantRelativeTo`.
Also, do not use canonicalPath because there is no point in expanding
symbolic links here.

Fix ParallelBuildTest for Windows

Enclose file paths in raw strings. Otherwise in the string
"C:\Users\...", "\U" was detected as an illegal escape which led to an
error.

[WIP] Add Compiler Smoke Tests for (suspend) main methods

This commit ports the (parameterless) main integration tests in
`CompilerSmokeTest` to the IR backend. It also includes a simple
suspend main test.
The advanced ones (like `helloAppSuspendParameterlessMain`) are
currently blocked by pending changes to capturing suspend lambdas,
which are underway.

Change how kotlinc and tools display their version
...
- Display the Kotlin version in kotlin-gradle-plugin. This is needed
because if "-version" is specified in compiler arguments, the "info"
level of the message printed by the compiler in CLICompiler prevents
it from being displayed by default (unless "--debug" is passed to
Gradle).
- Display the version of JRE the compiler is running on. This will be
helpful to diagnose Java 9 related issues in the future.
- In CLI, also display the executable name (kotlinc-jvm or kotlinc-js)
