This is needed for cases like dump handlers to register corresponding
checkers, which compares identity of dumps for different configurations,
like `IrTextDumpHandler` and `FirIrDumpIdenticalChecker`
It is disabled by default, can be enabled by code change.
It's useful when changes in dumper is done with significant
amount of tests changed.

`testIntersectionOfPrimitiveBasedFunctions`
is fine, because we deprecate this
already in ^KT-63243.
`CANNOT_INFER_VISIBILITY` is
positioned as `DECLARATION_NAME`,
just in case we decide for
some reason that we do want to
report it along with
`MANY_*_NOT_IMPLEMENTED`. In that
case, we'd get a problem that
their bounds overlap, but not
completely contain one another.

Partially reverts 24367e0ad8
Constructors have their own list of hidden/visible.
We now require the constructor to be in VISIBLE_CONSTRUCTOR_SIGNATURES,
everything else is hidden.
This makes it unnecessary to check HIDDEN_CONSTRUCTOR_SIGNATURES

Previously we forced computation only for java and precompiled classes,
assuming, that binary class can not extend source class, but it's not
true in two cases:
1. Classpath substitution: class with same name declared in library and
the source (more rare case)
2. Metadata compilation: depends-on dependcies are passed in binary
format, so `expect class` may be a binary one and corresponding
`actual class` may be a source. So if some class in `common` module
extend this expect class, actual class will be substituted instead of it

This helps to have a primitive array instead of an array of primitives
as the type of vararg value parameter. Also, this prevents
ABI-incompatibility with the libraries (KLIBs) compiled with K1.

These tests now only make sense for JVM_IR. Incidentally this fixes the
JVM illegal access warnings from generateTests, because the test
framework no longer tries to instantiate these tests (which leads to
`doOpenInternalPackagesIfRequired`) to determine the target backend.
The change in JvmEnvironmentConfigurator is needed so that JVM tests
without target backend would default to JVM IR instead of the old
backend.
Also rename files to match the class names.
This affects methods like List.getFirst/getLast where it was decided
to keep them hidden but to make them visible on overrides like
ArrayList or LinkedList.
The goal is to prevent a breaking change since some implementations
like LinkedList had this method before JDK 21.
#KT-65438
K1 setup for diagnostic tests was not able to use
platform libraries. This is required for ObjCSignatureOverride
testing.
We need to test it in both K2 and K1 to make IDE experience better.
This is needed because in case a static member is inherited via a Kotlin
class (class C in the newly added test), its origin becomes
FAKE_OVERRIDE which is technically not Java anymore. After this change,
we'll build fake overrides for static members from superclasses
regardless of whether they come from Java or Kotlin.
Also, move the previous logic of
isOverridableFunction/isOverridableProperty to the only call site at
IdSignatureFactory.

Before this commit, fir f/o builder was inconsistently
disabled in some places, while it should work only for lazy declarations
Attempt to use it for non-lazy declarations, without maintaining
invariant, that it would also be used for super classes
led to unpredictable results.
This commit introduces opt-in, and marks all related API to three types
* Propagate error to user
* Fine to use, as it's checked if ir f/o builder is enabled
* Fine to use, as it is definitely a lazy class.
Several cases of missing checks was fixed.

- Fix unrelated resolution errors in an existing test
- Add separate test for sealed classes and interfaces in HMPP projects,
located in different source sets

The diagnostic target source element

- Handle flexible types in recursion check
- Handle intersected supertypes separately
- Make check when not to approximate captured types in type argument
position more fine-grained.
Only apply it to case when the captured type is replaced by a star
projection.
All other cases are handled by recursive calls to
approximateCapturedType

Copying tree part happens in two stages.
1. Collect all symbols to copy and create new version of them
2. Do copy tree, replacing collected symbols
For f/o builder 1-st stage traversed more nodes, than seconds.
This led to unbound symbols in tree.

This only affects delegation operators as well as the for-loop-related
next and hasNext operators.
All the other operators worked correctly before.
In K2, the previously mentioned operator calls will be flagged with a
deprecation error and will become and error in 2.1.

Java annotation interface fields are constant declarations that can
have any Java type and are not restricted in the same way that
method return types are for annotation interfaces.
