Frontend may leak captured types into type arguments, so they should be
approximated before using them in fir2ir cast inserter to determine
a specific type from smartcast

If the right-hand side of an equality comparison contains an assignment
to the variable used in the left-hand side, then implications about the
equality comparison within data-flow analysis cannot be applied, as the
value of the variable will be different after the comparison.

that causes flaky tests because the default positioning strategy
was dependent on the order of the reported messages.
The code led to it was introduced in an attempt to extract common
PSI-independent strategy because PSI is leaking into the abstract
diagnostic infrastructure. The approach is definitely problematic,
but to fix it now, the leaking dependency to the psi-based module
is introduced. This should be fixed in the future by introducing
better abstractions.
Fixes flaky tests touched in the commit.

Now we have the pipeline:
1. Match declarations
2. Run checkers on matched declarations
Since the constructors with empty parameters match we only report
"checking incompatibility" about their incompatible visibility
Before the pipeline introduction, we were running matching and checking
checks together
It became possible to drop it after KT-62590. Now, on a frontend, the
return type check is part of a common AbstractExpectActualChecker logic
Change in nestedAnnotationClassViaActualTypealias.fir.kt aligns the
behaviour with K1. KT-61964

Those two functions are copy-paste of each other. They diverged since
the time they were copy-pasted. This commit makes
FirExpectActualMatchingContextImpl.areCompatibleExpectActualTypes
up-to-date.
I didn't update ExpectActualUtilsKt.areCompatibleExpectActualTypes
because I will drop it in the next commit.
Change in `dynamicTypesEqualToAnything` doesn't change any logic (yet.
This change in logic will take effect in the next commit), because:
1. `dynamicTypesEqualToAnything` is only changed in
AbstractExpectActualChecker.getCallablesCheckingIncompatibility. But
AbstractExpectActualChecker.getCallablesCheckingIncompatibility doesn't
check return types on frontend (it only check return types on backend).
2. `dynamicTypesEqualToAnything` is ignored on IR backend
I have no idea what is the difference between `createTypeCheckerState()`
and `actualSession.typeContext`, but it aligns these copy-pasted
versions and makes the tests behave like in K1 (at least
'typeUsageWithUnresolvedReference' and 'kt57320' are affected)
This commit is mainly a preparation for the next commit.

It should have been WeakIncompatible from the beginning because it's not
possible to overload by return type in Kotlin
This commit is a step forward to fix KT-62591
Unfortunately, the test cannot demonstrate the problem because of

Review: https://jetbrains.team/p/kt/reviews/12750/timeline
Motivation:
It makes expect-actual matching-checking model more consistent.
expect-actual "matching" is run before FirResolvePhase.BODY_RESOLVE. You
can't know return types, until you run BODY_RESOLVE. That's why the
return type can't be checked during expect-actual matching. But it's
cursed: you have something that have to match by, but, at the same time,
you can't do it.
expect-actual "checking" is run after FirResolvePhase.BODY_RESOLVE.
That's why if we convert ReturnType incompatibility to WeakIncompatible
(which should have been called CheckingIncompatible), then expect-actual
matching model becomes consistent.
We will also be able to get rid of unnecessary
FirActualCallableDeclarationChecker. Because it won't be necessary.
Return types will be checked by common logic of expect-actual "checker"

NB: kotlin reflection do not see script class constructor after
this change, and it's ok, since the fact that the script is compiled
into a class is an implementation detail.
If needed, java reflection could be used to access the constructor.
We should rebind symbols from generated constructions to the original
ones as we already did for regular bodies like (PsiRawFirBuilder.bindFunctionTarget).
This commit also removed bodies for generated accessors as a bonus

Previously, the NO_RETURN_IN_FUNCTION_WITH_BLOCK_BODY diagnostic was not
reported at all on functions which return Nothing. However, in K1, if
the function returns Nothing but the body is empty or doesn't contain a
Nothing expression, this diagnostic would be reported. The checker in K2
has been updated to report this diagnostic on functions which return
Nothing as well.

Mute them for the old JVM backend instead. JVM IR behavior is fine in

This fixes a false negative NO_ELSE_IN_WHEN in K2 and incidentally
also fixes a false positive NO_ELSE_IN_WHEN in K1 since the fix is in
the common code.
#KT-62491 Fixed
This commit handles situations when some annotation in deserialized code
has an empty array literal argument [] or even non-empty [something].
Before this commit, we tried to guess a type of this array by "resolving"
the relevant annotation class and looking into the corresponding
parameter. Sometimes it can work, but also it can provoke recursive
resolve e.g. when the annotation class is a nested class in the same scope.
In this commit we changed the behavior in the following way:
- first, for non-empty array literals in deserialized code we just
take the array type from the corresponding array literal element
- second, for empty array literals we no more try to "guess" anything.
Instead we approximate array type as Array<Any>, and later at FIR2IR
stage we use the corresponding parameter type instead. At FIR2IR stage,
everything is already resolved and problems with recursions are no more
possible.
#KT-62598 Fixed
Before this commit, we first tried to guess a type of array literal
in deserialized annotation (it's a strange heuristics which can
lead to SOE and maybe not needed at all, see KT-62598, KT-62929),
and then, if unsuccessful, took the type from the first literal element,
if any. Since the second heuristic is much more clear, safe, and
understandable, in this commit they were swapped.
This commit does not fix KT-62598 in general case,
but decreases a set of cases when it can occur to
empty array literals only.
See the commented line at the end of the added test.
Since they are not `FirSmartCastExpression`s,
they are treated as proper original types,
thus leading to reporting errors instead of
warnings.

Currently, PROPERTY_WITH_NO_TYPE_NO_INITIALIZER is reported for local
variables, but not reported for member or top-level properties. Add a
check to the common `checkPropertyInitializer` for when a property
type cannot be determined from the getter.
This also corrects a K1 versus K2 inconsistency, where K2 would allow
blocks from getters to determine property type instead of only allowing
expression bodies.
