Dmitriy Novozhilov	a08df1821f	[FIR] Provide suppression from primary value parameter to property ... `@Suppress` annotation has `VALUE_PARAMETER` target, so when a property in the primary constructor is annotated with `@Suppress` it sticks to the parameter.
