We are going to deprecate `WITH_RUNTIME` directive. The main reason
behind this change is that `WITH_STDLIB` directive better describes
its meaning, specifically it will add kotlin stdlib to test's classpath.
There's a subtle difference in behavior between comparing
primitive Float/Double (comparison follows IEEE standard)
and boxed Float/Double (comparison is a total order).
Make sure this corner case is preserved.
