If the right-hand side of an equality comparison contains an assignment
to the variable used in the left-hand side, then implications about the
equality comparison within data-flow analysis cannot be applied, as the
value of the variable will be different after the comparison.

This fixes a false positive OUTER_CLASS_ARGUMENTS_REQUIRED when
referring to an inner class of a supertype that is extended using a
typealias.
#KT-62099 Fixed
`implicitScope` can be `null`
in case when the implicit receiver resides in a user-defined `kotlin.*`
package, but the user have not yet allowed this with compiler argument
directive.
In this case,
we don't want the IDE to crush and show exceptions - the `kotlin`
package would be highlighted by the compiler diagnostics and other
resolve problems, and that would be enough
^KT-62071 Fixed
There are conditions where the data-flow analysis for a control-flow
graph node is delayed. Make sure that when completing a graph, all nodes
within the graph have completed their data-flow analysis.
^KT-61794 Fixed
If the modality of a property is not final, the modality of the dispatch
receiver can be used to determine if the property is stable. When
looking up the dispatch receiver symbol, make sure to unwrap the lower
bounds of flexible types.
^KT-61735 Fixed
When checking top-level properties, check with initialization enabled.
This makes sure the same errors are reported for member and top-level
properties.
There is IDE quick fix which suggests to copy mismatched annotation
from `expect` to `actual` (see KTIJ-26633). It needs to find
`actual` PsiElement where to add annotation. Before previous commit, it
was easy - just get source of `Incompatibility.actualSymbol`.
After previous commit, the problem might be in value parameter, while
`actualSymbol` would contain function symbol. This is solved by adding
new field `Incompatibility.actualAnnotationTargetElement`.
`SourceElementMarker` introduced, because it's needed to be used in
abstract checker. Existing `DeclarationSymbolMarker` doesn't fit
because in next PR for this issue annotations set on types will be reported,
and types are not declarations.

The call-sites don't actually need to handle unresolved expressions,
they only need safe-casts to ConeClassLikeType or
ConeIntegerLiteralType.
#KT-61367
UncaughtExceptionPath edges are used to influence smart-casting within
catch and finally blocks. Previously these edges were added from every
node which could throw an exception. But only assignment nodes influence
smart-casts by resetting inference back to some less specific type.
Therefore, instead of tracking every possible node which could throw an
exception - even though almost every statement node can - only add edges
from assignment nodes to catch and finally blocks. This fixes many
missing exception cases and also reduces the total number of incoming
edges to catch and finally blocks.
#KT-56872 Fixed
In order to properly analyze top-level property initialization, a
control-flow graph must be created for FirFiles. This change adds the
foundation for the file CFG and updates body resolve to create the CFG.
Checking the CFG for proper initialization is separated into a following
change to ease code review.
KT-56683
Instead of trying to use node and edge information to determine when an
alternate flow no longer needs to be propagated, ask the CFG builder if
the node is still within the `finally` blocks of the paths being
propagated. This makes the checks simpler and more sound, avoiding leaks
of alternate flows beyond their needed scope.
KT-56888
Typealias constructor calls are now always wrapped with synthetic
FirConstructorCalls so that the referenced typeAlias can be extracted.
Previously, it was only necessary to map type arguments.
#KT-57780 Fixed
Entering a `finally` block can happen from many different places:
through an exception, a jump, or normal exit from the `try` block. When
in the `finally` block, all DFA flows must be merged to have correct
smart casting. However, after the `finally` block, if exiting normally
or because of a jump, the combined flow from within the `finally` block
should not be used, but rather an alternate flow which combines the
correct flows from before the `finally` block.
```
try {
str as String // Potential cast exception
} finally {
str.length // Shouldn`t be resolved
}
str.length // Should be resolved
```
When building DFA flows, track the start of possible alternate flows,
and continue building them until they end. Both of these situations are
now marked on CFGNodes via interfaces.
When building the default DFA flow, and the source node is the end node
of alternate flows, attempt to use the alternate flow with the same edge
label instead of the default flow of the source node.

Preliminary refactor in preparation for the implementation details to
fix KT-56888. This change makes it so alternate data flows can be
created and maintained through CFGNodes. This change was separated and
created first to aid in the code review process.
