jvm-abi-gen: Support removeDebugInfo option

This option removes debug info, such as:
- SourceFile attribute on classes
- LocalVariableTable, LineNumberTable, SourceDebugExtension attributes
  on inline functions
- @SourceDebugExtension annotation on inline functions
