JVM IR: report all sources as outputs for .kotlin_module file

This fixes some tests for LV=1.5 in KotlinJpsBuildTest,
KotlinJpsBuildTestIncremental, IncrementalJvmJpsTestGenerated,
IncrementalCacheVersionChangedTestGenerated.
