[IR] Don't use the GET_PROPERTY origin on IrGetField expressions.

This origin was set somewhat arbitrarily.
It actually only makes sense for `IrCall`s to property getters.
There were no places in lowerings that checked `IrGetField` expressions
for this origin value.
