Mangle function names with inline class parameters

Avoid name clashes in cases such as

  inline class Login(val login: String)
  inline class Password(val password: String)

  fun validate(login: Login) { ... }
  fun validate(password: Password) { ... }

compiler/testData/codegen/box/inlineClasses/functionNameMangling/extensionFunctionsDoNotClash.kt
