psi2ir: fix unsubstituted type parameters around SAM conversions

Browse Source 
Preserve type substitution:
- when obtaining function type for SAM type;
- when generating SAM conversions for SAM adapter arguments;
- for "original" method corresponding to a SAM adapter.
