[FIR] Create additional nodes to replace operator call in some places

1. FirAssignmentOperatorStatement - represent assignment operations
such as =, +=, -=, /=, %=
2. FirEqualityOperatorCall - represent boolean operations such as ==,
!=, ===, !==
