[FE] Cleanup: rename areXyzCompatible -> getXyzCompatibility

Motivation:
- Functions with prefix "are" must return Boolean. And
  AbstractExpectActualCompatibilityChecker even already contains some
  functions with prefix "are" that return Boolean (e.g.
  `areCompatibleCallableVisibilities`,
  `areCompatibleSupertypesOneByOne`, etc)
- Unification with functions that are prefixed with "are" and return
  Boolean
