Effects: add diagnostic tests on contracts

- Make AbstractDiagnosticsTest dump function contracts
- Add diagnostics tests on parsing contracts
- Add diagnostics tests on smartcats in presence of functions with
contracts
- Add diagnostics tests on initialization and flow in presence of
in-place called lambdas
