Get rid of recordSourceForSynthesized

Sam descriptors now implement a common interface
SynthesizedCallableMemberDescriptor, introduced in frontend.
BindingContext.SOURCE_DESCRIPTOR_FOR_SYNTHESIZED is no longer needed
